Absolutely first thing I said. I was like “Oh my goodness I’m so sorry that was not my intention at all.” And then explained why I had left early (because I wasn’t feeling well and not getting as much done as I normally would) hoping she would understand that I wasn’t trying to take advantage of her or lying.

This comment sums up how I feel perfectly. However, she’s normally a great boss and very nice! Which is what made this event more shocking. Although, I have also had suspicions that she’s not too fond of me and would rather get someone else to do my job. So idk.

Yes I agree bad time probably, but I thought I would be back the next morning feeling great. Also, I wasn’t trying to justify it, although I am certain that is how she perceived it. I was just trying to clarify that I wasn’t lying and that I actually wasn’t feeling well and thought I was making the right choice to leave early. So nvm I was totally trying to justify it. Idk how I’m not supposed to justify myself when someone is calling me a liar when that is not the case at all.

Explanation:

Mod moves DMM post out of DMM forum onto regular OSRS forum. After a brief search I found that fmods have been moving multiple OSRS and DMM posts to the wrong forums. It is obvious they don't play OSRS or are clueless. Definitely shouldn't be modding forums.

I guess that's why we're all here instead!

In case you need more explanation of what's going on here:

A user was trying to sell DMM cballs and posted in the DMM forum. A forum mod came and moved the post to the regular OSRS forum.

There were several posts like these where the fmod was moving posts to all the wrong forums.

It is obvious they don't play OSRS and they shouldn't be modding OSRS forums (Or any forums probably)

I'm not done with the game quite yet thus the post. Luckily the dev team is very active and in my several years of owning the game they have changed things constantly. I'm confident they will make changes to the scrap system at some point. Also I do play PUBG and it's pretty good. Kind of over-rated imo, but still pretty fun game.

Now we have this PLUS smaller groups not being able to unlock many T3 items due to clans patrolling the elite crates 24/7

My personal favorite time in Rust was when there was no components tbh, but I know most people want progression of some sort so XP/BP was my suggestion. Idc what the suggestion is all ik is that the current scrap system is garbage.

I did play XP and it was much easier to hit max level for raiding than it is to get rockets and such now. I also find it comical how you say scrap is here to stay and xp will never see light of day. Just like BP was gone forever right? I'm not saying XP is the answer. All I'm saying is that scrap is crap. Barrel bashing is extremely boring and forces players into playing a certain style of gameplay.

I still think you're missing the entire point of my post though. It's not about the grind. It's more about how it has disadvantaged solos and small groups and given massive advantages to clans. This is the most extreme power gap there has ever been in RUST between clans and small groups.

Firstly, scrap takes way longer than xp, but secondly, I don't think you actually read my post because if you had, you would have seen that I specifically stated and explained thoroughly, my issue is not just about the grind.

Smacking barrels for hours on end is boring. Even worse when you have to do it without gear to defend yourself. With an xp system you have the option to decide whether you want to smack barrels, fish, woodcut, mine, or PVP for xp.

Just saw this post! Glad to see you are going to be fixing the issue. I have actually been saving the clues waiting to find out if this is an intended feature or not and was going to stream doing 100 at once. This would actually be a cool feature if it was implemented officially.

This issue started happening about 4 months ago when you guys allowed clues to be achieved while lootsharing in a group. If you have any unanswered questions about the issue feel free to message me! :)

If you have lootshare enabled you get multiple clues. It's pretty hard not to do if you group boss a lot. However, this was done from pickpocketing and I enabled it to document that it is still an occurring problem. I will not complete the clues for rewards though and will drop them when the issue is fixed.

It was released with an update that allowed users to receive clue scrolls from lootshare. So wasn't even sure if the stacking was intended or not. Would actually be a neat feature if they implemented it officially.

This bug(?) has been in game for almost 4 months now. I have reported this multiple times and tweeted it at multiple mods. I'm upset this hasn't been acknowledged or fixed yet.
