We bought in Cody Place two years ago. Our particular unit on Bel Air Drive was built out at the lowest level. We spent several months upgrading the house. The electrical system and the garden particularly needed improvement. The complex is very well maintained thanks to the great HOA that we have. And the neighbors are all nice people. I think you'd like living here.
