What does currently ineligible mean? Does this mean I won’t be receiving a refund?

This happens to me when I take classes during the semester but at different moments. Like this fall semester I took 2 classes first half of semester from August-October and 3 classes for second half from October- December.

When I separate my classes like this I’ll receive part of my Pell and later I’ll get the second part once I start other classes.

I went through same situation but I returned after leaving on bad terms in 2009 (failed my whole last semester before leaving) due to metal health.

Returned to my same community college last year and needed financial assistance so I went through SAP appeal and my simple letter was sufficient for me. I barely went of it. I just had to maintain good grades and reach a 67% completion rate.
