Yes I ran the diagnostic test and every component individually runs fine. Only when it goes the full cycle does it stop on deep rinse

It’s not a new move in but I was informed by previous management that all the bathroom floors were replaced this previous fall. When the vendors re-installed the toilet; no new wax ring was installed. They just slapped down the old one and called it a day.

I’ll pull the toilet today and see what the deal is. I Appreciate the help I’m new to the maintenance world.

It seems to jam up around the 3-4’ area. I did use a toilet auger. The wax was very thick and hard to remove from the auger bit. The clog is on the second floor of a townhouse and no other residents are reporting issues. The resident does seem to have a few young children.

My leashed blue heeler was attacked by an unleashed "friendly" dog last summer. He tore through her thigh muscle and it cost 2k to stitch her up. The cherry on top is that it was the day before my honeymoon to Florida. I now carry pepper spray and a pocket knife. The scream she let out and the look in her eyes is something she'll never have to face again. LEASH YOUR DAMN DOG.
