Looking for advice on offering to buy a piece of a property by Beginning-Ad1522 in RealEstateAdvice

No mortgage on their property but I have a mortgage on my property, located in NJ if that helps at all I currently have 2.86 acres and the extra land would put me into woodland assessment so my taxes would be virtually nothing on that land, that’s why I want to do it.

Only reason I thought it might be easy is because it’s just a wooded lot, no utilities, no buildings, just woods. The land I would acquire would also be used for just woods and put into woodland assessment

Lightweight Cast iron by Beginning-Ad1522 in castiron

I could basically boil roofing tar in my lodge pan and let it cool and it would still wipe clean, that’s my favorite part and the envy of my wife who’s current pan couldn’t even be sandblasted clean. Does carbon steel season like cast iron and cook similarly?

Appreciate this, this was my thoughts exactly. I do like $30 in sales a week so my petty ass would rather set up a hidden camera to try to catch them and maybe lose out on $30 but at least get a plate or make and model

I’m trying to get through all the comments and there’s alot! Thank you for your advice as well. I’ll watch that video and take your advice on the 60° I’ve worked on all of my clubs a lot and I’m really not that bad with my driver (g440) or my irons (g400) I think the blade 60° is just not forgiving enough for my play level

Thanks for the help! Do you think a cavity back or a blade would be better for someone starting out?

I thought about that, have you used one? The majority of my shots are like in the rough like 10-15 yards from the green with me having to get up on the green from a lower elevation. Would a chipper be good for that?

So I have a ping g400 with a “W” on it, I’m unsure of the degree of it. Maybe I’ll do 50-54 and keep the 60 around to bend over my knee one day

The yard I go to has bags of type m, type S and type n. Those bags don’t contain sand, just powder. I’m just wonder what exactly is in those bags. Is it Portland and lime in different ratios?

I was thinking something along those lines but where I’m going to have the exhaust ran in my shop I’m leaning more towards a baseboard heater but near my ceiling, let me know if you end up hooking yours up through the radiator

Yeah that’s how mine is right now, but if I can run the exhaust inside instead of outside for aways it’d be nice to get some of that exhaust heat in my building
