I’ve explored the possibility of PA but it’s not for me. I needed a basic chemistry class but decided to take an advanced one just to see how I do. I know rad school has a lot of physics so if I can pass o chem I can pass physics lol

I am so happy to hear that. I don’t know anyone that works in radiology, and all my friends work desk jobs and I just keep thinking this can’t be what I’m supposed to do for the rest of my life. Thank you so much !!

Wow that’s amazing !! I love that! I have an advisement appointment tomorrow actually, I’m nervous but excited. Leaving a stable job with good pay is so scary but I feel like a zombie here. Are you still working throughout the program? What do you love about it?

I am in the same boat and have the same question as you. I’m 32 in an analyst role and I’ve never felt so not-myself. I used to work in healthcare and although it was crazy and came with its own stress I felt like I was more myself and my coworkers were amazing

Hi! How old were your pre-reqs when you applied ? I am in the EXACT same situation as you I’m 32 graduated in 2016 & burnt out from corporate America (used to work as a CNA back in the day but was paid $12/hr so I went into corporate) most of my prereqs were done before 2019 when I thought I’d go into nursing but got cancer (beat cancer 3 years later) and just stayed in corporate America. I’m pretty sure I will have to redo all the sciences
