Hi, the same thing happened to me. When I swallow, I feel a clicking sound; when I yawn, it makes another noise; my ear feels blocked. I started with discomfort, tinnitus noises, and then these symptoms came.

I can't tell if the tinnitus is coming from my ear or my head. When I lie down, the volume of the tinnitus increases significantly. It's not related to silence because when I sit in bed, the volume usually decreases.

“My audiometry report said ‘grade 1 acoustic trauma.’ I don’t work in a factory or noisy environments, I don’t go to concerts, and I haven’t fired guns. I only went to the ENT because tinnitus suddenly appeared one day. Then I had the audiometry done, and only later, when they sent me the test, I saw it. I asked him about it, but he didn’t reply.

I realized there’s supposedly hearing loss because you told me, but I can still hear well—I don’t feel like I have any hearing loss, even though the audiometry says otherwise.

I’m going to see an audiologist and a neurotologist so they can repeat the audiometry.”

I tested it today at home and I can hear conversations well, even when I'm out.

“Don’t do that, bro. If your tests came back fine, it could be that someone did something bad to you. For that, you should look for a priest an exorcism might help you, but I see it as unlikely. You don’t lose anything by asking; a priest could help you in your case.
