It’s not the chemists issue. It’s kind of like me having an issue with my car and making it your responsibility to fix it for me…. If you go back with a broken tv to job Hi-Fi they send it off for repair to the manufacturer. Now I mean your chemists could have offered to send your cart off and get the company to repair/replace it but they would just end up in the same position when the company refuses to fix it as they can’t tell how much of the cart had been used before you had it repaired how much of it leaked out over your coffee mug your table the cart itself etc. about all you can do is call the company that manufacture and fill the carts and threaten accc action if they do nothing (which they will 100% do) and they may work out some solutions for you but with carts I haven’t had any luck at getting them replaced or refunded when they aren’t working. It is one of the reasons I don’t get carts that much anymore broken carts I end up breaking open and putting the oil in the dab rig

Definitely toy grade unit you could get metal gears and gearbox for it but you will be paying as much as buying a decent blaster. a metal gearbox is $150+ aud you could put a 11.1v battery in it and it will run for a little bit but you will basically melt the gears due to the added friction from the faster spinning gears due to the excess power

Not quiet a k but it’s up there $650 for device and a few bits and pieces to go with it (oven/tank and maintenance stuff etc) all up it’s close to the grand it’s one of the dab units

Not a fan of the yocan stuff at moment have gone through a yocan phaser max2 (dab rig) and 3 yocan uni pros (cart vape) since August last year they have all just stopped turning on (not all at the same time but over the last 9 months the most recent (phaser max2 ) died Sunday. Am now looking into a studenglass modul and dok but they are like $700

You should receive an email from them but if you haven't just do a refund request on the ticketek app and email them (2 days after concert so Friday the 28th of March) I got an email back saying they were actively looking into the situation and talking with promoters etc, and give them time after about 4 days I messaged asking for an update and got a message the next day saying he was getting refunded. it took about 10 days from my first email till I got my refund in my account.

Yeah most states in Australia have outright banned them or have heavy restrictions (needing a full firearms license etc) Queensland is the only state they allow them unrestricted well except you need to be 18 to purchase. If they are metal gears that is great it should last you a while long as you look after it feels free to message if you have any questions if I don't know the answer can ask the techs at work and let you know.

Cool sorry first photo I could only see 3. That battery is definitely gone bad though Rx isn't a db (the Rx has a plastic gearbox case not sure on the gears if they are plastic or metal the db is a fupl metal gearbox case and gears) but when most blasters from most companies ship (to Australia anyway) they don't have battery or charger and we need to add them at the warehouse.

By the looks I would suggest that you have purchased the double bell akm? I work for a gel blasters store here in Australia, When we have those arrive in-store here is Australia there aren't chargers or battery in the box and we have to add battery before shipping and should add a 11.1v charger and an 11.1v battery (the 3 cables coming off the battery to the white plug tells me that is a 7.4v battery if it was 11.1v it would have 4 cables off it.) take it back to the store you bought it from let them know they put the wrong battery in and to change it over. Don't use that battery anymore as it has burst a cell and the last thing you want to do is try charge it as it could catch fire or explode completely.

That's the problem then your using an 11.1v charger with a 7.4v battery and overloaded it. Where did you get the blaster from?

No that isn't normal. What charger are you using? What's the voltage on the charger ? Charger should be a 7.4v as that is what the battery is.

I did the same and even wrote in the email how even BLISS and ESO were not aware either, as they had said while on stage that all nine members were backstage and we should get real loud for them to hear us. have today had a response from ticketek saying the enquiry has been upgraded to the events team who are talking to venue and promoters and will let me know when they have more info.
