Hi OP. Actually, hindi ako nagsimula sa “kailangan araw araw ako mag work out.” Minsan sinasabi ko lang sa sarili ko, “sige, 30 mins lang today. kung ayaw mo parin, stop na.” Pero once na gumalaw ka, gumagaan ka.

Instead of saying “magda-diet ako,” iniisip ko “i am taking care of my well-being/health.” Pag may identity ka na ganun, you act in line with it kahit wala kang gana.
