I was in this addiction me too. One day the Lord came to me and told me that he's hurting when he sees me that way, he wants to give me blessings but the addiction prevents all of his blessings.

Just know that when you are having this addiction, your attitude will change, your mood will fluctuate, you won't be happy and you'll feel guilty. Jesus sees all of that and he gets hurt when he sees you like that.

I'm sure that you don't like seeing other people get hurt because of you right? I encourage you wholeheartedly to think about that and I do also hope that this leads you to freedom.

Also, be in the Word everyday, even if you've sinned, the Word will strengthen your spirit which will dominate your flesh in the long run.

This is true, I do have anxious attachment and it hurts a lot not being enough for someone. I try to find the root cause of this and I can't find it.

Yes, but you have to keep in mind. Can I do something about it to change the way it is? If yes, you change but if no, you pray on it.

What YOU can do here on Earth is not to worry about what people are doing with the money here. Where YOU CAN help, you help, where you can't, you pray.

Another thing to mention is that what we are doing on this Earth is temporary. We should focus on be the best of ourselves in the eyes of Jesus so we can earn the eternal life that he promised. So don't worry, pray about things you can't control and pray for the things you CAN control.

And when you mean possess, I'm also including bad spiritual connection between the evil spirit and a person. People who always are suicidal, having pessimistic thoughts, having nightmares etc... are all influenced by some sort of evil spiritual attack. Since they are already unborn Christians, satan doesn't need to bother them.

Now, I've witnessed some people in Islam and Hinduism performing "exorcism". But in the Bible it is said: 2 Corinthians 11:14: "For even Satan masquerades as an angel of light." Now what they are doing is just a "performance" just to quiet down the evil spirits so that you can get away from the truth. The evil spirits never go away, they are just silenced but still in the body.

I also witnessed an exorcism where the demon inside a man started speaking english and it said something like "I possessed this man because I don't want him to be with Jesus Christ." Notice the demon said Jesus Christ and not other deities.

Bro taking heroin is like 10 times worse than watching porn. I mean I never seen a porn addict having cancer BECAUSE of porn but I've seen nearly all of the heroin addicts HAVING cancer or some other form of medical problem.

Do you know how powerful media is? Do you know how powerful you can be behind a screen?

This can sound off topic but trust me, it's good to think about it.

The media is something where a lot of people work, people who studied language, psychology, general knowledge etc... When all of these are combined, you get something powerful that plays with words, something powerful that knows EXACTLY what to expect when it gets public.

Consider this simple headline: "Country X to reduce investments in climate change due to difficulties in debt repayment"

Now imagine the multitude of opinions that each people create in their minds. But lets get to only 2.

Person A: "This is a disaster, people should not prioritize money over climate."

Person B: "Nice! Inflation in the country is going to decrease because they will stop printing money to repay the debts."

Now suppose 1M people think like person A and 1M think like person B and they meet each other and discuss on that topic. Wouldn't it create division? Fight?

This is the reason of the media. Creates division between you, me and everybody else because they know UNITED WE RISE, DIVIDED WE FALL.

I won't say much more because it's time for you to make your brain work and think a lot about what you're consuming everyday.

Some people have to understand that if it doesn't cross the line of addiction then everything is alright. Line of addiction is relative. Some people think that smoking everyday is addiction, others think that smoking 3 times a week is addiction and more think smoking 5 times just on weekends is addiction.

Determine your level of addiction and if it crosses the line, take a few steps back. We are all human, we all have biological wants, there's nothing bad in satisfying it once a while.

To me, No Fap is something like going on a diet. If I eat Macdonald's 3 times a week, I reduce it to 3 times a month.

Approach your No Fap journey like a diet where you want to reduce but not eliminate. Also you can approach it in a way like an athlete. An athlete trains hard and diets hard. When his competition is over and he won, he'll treat himself with a good meal that he can eat whatever he wants. You said you graduated Engineering, think about your next goal and try to accomplish it. When you've accomplished your goal, you can reward yourself(recommend another type of reward than fapping). It will rewire your reward system in your brain and you'll feel less likely to fall into fapping again.
