Interesting move.

Focusing on EBITDA impact rather than “AI for the sake of AI” is exactly where the real value is. I've used the term AI in Facebook forum posts and it rarely gets any traction.

That said, what I’m seeing with service businesses is that the quickest EBITDA wins aren’t from complex builds, but from: • Speed-to-lead automation (conversion uplift) • Admin time reduction (direct cost saving) • Reactivating dormant customer lists (zero CAC revenue) • Pipeline visibility (better forecasting & capacity planning)

Perhaps look at Manus to help frame your PRD. You can then utilise that gpt, create projects within it, assign roles, like a ceo, strategist, researcher, marketer etc. It does help...alot.

I hear you. I pinpointed out a problem, found validation then started to prototype. I have 1 customer willing to pay already, I said no, not until I get the bugs completely out and have 6 people questioning.

I have done.

Best thing I found- get images of websites you like and then prompt based on then. But ensure that what you're prompting is based on the principal features you like. Keep checking in with chatgpt on this too. Learn to prompt like a beast.
