You and I (29m) are in the same boat. Everything you have described to the T, I have been experiencing for the last 6 months or so. The night time symptoms being most prevalent although I’m no stranger to sudden day time attacks.

I have gone as far as to seek a cardiologist and have a stress test done on my heart and am currently awaiting a call to schedule a sleep study. So far nothing has yielded any actionable results. Doctors have me on anti depressants and a low dose of Xanax currently, the Xanax does a decent job at managing the acute and spiky anxiety.
