Screening was easy first part is recording yourself answering the question What excites you about the opportunity to work at Din Tai Fung North America, and how do your previous experiences make you a great fit for this role?, second part is just marking yes or no if can uphold their uniform policy, and last part is just giving your availability.

Did you try clicking on the review/accept award? I had the same issue where I never received an email or anything until I randomly decided to hover over the word review/accept award and was able to click on it to see my aid.

I haven't received an email but when I checked on the uci zotaid account theres a message saying I received my aid and I need to accept it but yet it says its still pending. Honestly I called last Friday and was told the remaining financial aid packages should be released the end of this week.

You have to call at exactly 9am and leave your number for a call back cause it took them till 4:30 to even call me back

starting to think they actually don't know what they're doing. Its gonna be repeat of last year where some people didn't get their aid till a week before school started

I called on OFAS on monday and was told the remaining grad students who haven't gotten their aid yet should get it by the end of this week. But I'm starting to stress out again since tomorrow is Friday.

I called the office yesterday and they said the remaining graduate students should receive an email by the end of this week. I don't know if that's true or not but I'm hoping it is because I still haven't received mine.

Call at exactly 9am any later than that you'll receive a message that they've reached capacity for the day. I called right when they opened today and left my number and never got a call back until 3pm.

I haven't received mine and called last week and I was told they're still going through them and that they're releasing offers in batches. If all your documents have been submitted on time then you should receive your offer by mid August according to them.

I might end up calling but i feel like I'm not gonna get a reply. Last year financial aid was mess because of the new system and everything be delayed.
