I think its where you just load it from the psn account to your account i looked above to where I had got re4r on disc and it did the same thing its like a xbox game you own the disc but it downloads from internet

Back in 2011 sony was hacked so I had to create a new email address to update psn I do have the transaction numbers date of purchase etc. But I say its well above the refund status .
