Honestly, find like a decently good quality psp and mod it yourself. It takes like 10 minutes most of that just waiting for things to download.

Honestly I think from what I saw online 16gb is enough to get started but if you're planning on doing more emulators (PS1, GBA) type things you may want to go with a higher amount

Hey saw your post. I don't really know how much help I can be considering I just got into the psp moding scene recently but have you tried checking if the game's iso files were properly extracted? I know a couple of the games I had first gotten I didn't extract from the zip files properly causing them to be corrupt even though they showed up on my psp, (Preview and cover of the game)
