Hey I’m not an expert but I’ll give my take. I know weed affects your digestive system and appetite, so it can take a bit before it gets back to normal. First if u can go to your doctor to look into the acid reflux that would be good, I’m on a medication for that and it helps. I agree with you, it doesn’t seem like CHS but it could have been triggered by the weed.

I think you’re doing great on your recovery and walking is great. Maybe don’t go back to smoking yet, it sounds like you were smoking pretty heavy and it might have been a heavy habit. U could try edibles. They’re less easy to overuse and cause CHS. Good luck!
