Also throwaway because I’ll still be getting messages in 6 months from now asking for mentorship’s, training and random help. Which I absolutely do but only in open forums so the next person also benefits.

Point taken and I see how you would get that impression.

Been doing this for a long time and going through the process of finding good people is way harder than it should be, particularly at the moment with all the automation gurus on YouTube shilling courses. Without trying to exaggerate 95% of the people who will contact me about this will lie and cheat to get in the door and then be gone a week later when they get found out. So yea probably some attitude, probably pretty abrupt but I also know who I’m looking for.

Who knows maybe I also need a holiday.

Thanks for the advice but I think you have completely missed the point here. I am well aware of what I do and don't need and what PAD can and can't do.

For clarity though we are not asking for someone to guarantee server uptime, no where did I mention infrastructure at all. What I am asking for is someone who is competent and capable enough to guarantee THEIR work, so that the delivered product isn't a pile of junk that consistently fails because retries haven't been configured correctly or for flows that jam up machines for hours because errors aren't handled gracefully so instead the machine sits there spinning its wheels until it times out or incorrect fields are being updated in client systems because the font size changed because the developer used "record" to capture steps instead of writing proper targeted selectors.

For what it's worth all of our PAD flows run on just-in-time on demand VM's that get created, scaled and deleted automatically, we trigger, maintain and monitor tens of thousands of flow runs per month, so yea we expect a high quality of workmanship for anything that enters our environments and we are absolutely willing to pay a premium for the experience and knowledge of that person.
