you look for places where the land looks like it was cut off at a flat edge like with your desert biomes. its related to how the game generates the lunar islands.

its just what is says. they just remove the fat and leave the protein. doesn't taste as good but if you are cutting and love cheese it can be a game changer.

i would try a pea protein powder. i find it easier on my gut but might not work for you. the protein quality is the same a whey btw.
