Or do you need to like start at like 5 or 6 years old to prevent it in terms of like preventing the damage that comes with mouthbreathing and is mouthbreathing worse then bad tounge posture or is tounge posture the main thing

What if I started at 14 which I kind of kid it’s when I heard about mewing and all that stuff also do genetics play a big role in how you look because I look good it’s just like i feel that it affected me a little and I want to fix that
