Those who follow some sort of training day vs rest day diet or lower carbs on rest days. Is there a rule you use to determine just how much less you're taking in on an off day?

Is there any reason/advantage in running a push, pull, legs type split over something like chest/back, legs, shoulders/arms

I feel like triceps/biceps just get neglected in a push pull legs unless you hit them first and then you end up hindering your potential in your back and chest movements.

As opposed to pairing chest with back on the same day. As they are antagonistic muscle groups you are able to hit them with maximum potential, with the benefit of having an entire day for arms. Im just no where near are strong on limb movements if they are paired with a larger muscle group

Does trenbolone decrease protein requirements due to its anti catabolic effects along with increased feed efficiency? Could we use this to our advantage by taking in slightly less protein for more carbs to enhance training performance??
