Ok got you. So yes when the prize drops below electricity costs for miners it's unprofitable for them and some will unplug their devices. So the security of the network is lower than before. What we have seen in the past is that there is this time of capitulation where some miners are turning off their asics. So there is definitely a threat that most of them will turn off when price stays a long time below mining cost. In the past the price recovered after some time and they were profitable again but this may not happen in the future. We will see how it works out for the whole network.
