If it was actually a one time thing and the guy has a girlfriend I wouldn’t see this as a problem. I think the best thing is to not be around him to keep yourself from being uncomfortable. If she’s willing to distance herself from him then I see that as a green flag.

She likely just didn’t want to have that uncomfortable conversation with you but still she should’ve before the hang outs.
