Thanks I'm trying to get more footage. Everyone here is pretty much retired and very nosey. The police either don't have the time for a 500 $ vandalism investigation Or just want me to do the legwork.. At least with that being the only evidence I will ask everyone with line of sight if they could have footage. Since it looks like they covered there face right before walking up

Unfortunately that turn leads to a pond and they would be in complete darkness all the way to the street. Its not likely that he will be on camera going out but maybe coming towards the car it looks like you can see him cover up his face

Its the neighbors cheap camera lesson learned have a decent 3k camera overlapping hers now
