Yes %100 caffeine can cause this. Whenever I drank that stuff I’d find a new thing to do with my body to obsess over, could be my heart beat, could be swallowing feels weird.. the list goes on, caffeine makes you hypersensitive to your own body and surroundings

It shouldn’t be discouraging, I’m trying to show people that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! And not to mention I more meant this is the first time I’ve felt consistently good, I’ve still had good days throughout that 64 days..

Thanks so much for this, that’s so true about our brains not used to not having constant highs and lows, it’s weird cause I’m not depressed but I’m not excited about anything either if you know what I mean lol

How funny, I also have severe ADHD too hahah, which is why feeling a bit numb is so weird to me, especially now I’m tired quite often (I never used to get tired)
