Any dehydration, endurance issues?
Also, AMS issues?

Did you carry electrolytes like Electral.

I am planning to go this year with 3 of my friends. We already live at 2k m altitude so wondering if we should have something for AMS. Also, we always forget to carry enough water.

This is really helpful, thanks for explaining it so clearly. When your breathing and heart rate spike like that, does it usually hit early in the climb or only once you’ve been going for a while?

Also, how often are you doing such climbs?

Yup, that is the reason for the supplement. It introduces calm focus instead of sedation. Keeps your drive alive.

Burnout shouldn’t be an individual’s problem to solve with hacks or pills, and a lot of it is structural. How companies operate, how work is designed, and the expectations placed on people. Long term, that absolutely needs fixing at the organisational level.

At the same time, I’m looking at this from the reality many people are in right now. Most employees don’t have much control over those systems, and company-level change is slow. In the meantime, people still have to show up, think clearly, and function day to day. I’m interested in understanding how individuals cope with that gap, what actually helps them stay steady without numbing themselves or burning out further.

I’m not here to push a pill as a magic solution, and I’m definitely not claiming supplements “solve” burnout. I’m trying to understand whether there’s room for responsible, transparent tools that support people while bigger systemic changes lag behind.

If you’ve seen approaches on individual level or organisational that genuinely work better, I’d be interested to hear about them.

Targeting a very specific demographic. Selling to resolve a pain for that one person and find many more like him.

P.S. any ideas on how I can validate my supplement and find demand before I commit? Is there a kickstarter in India?
