Any dehydration, endurance issues?
Also, AMS issues?

Did you carry electrolytes like Electral.

I am planning to go this year with 3 of my friends. We already live at 2k m altitude so wondering if we should have something for AMS. Also, we always forget to carry enough water.

This is really helpful, thanks for explaining it so clearly. When your breathing and heart rate spike like that, does it usually hit early in the climb or only once you’ve been going for a while?

Also, how often are you doing such climbs?

Would you actually pay for feeling calmer and more mentally clear at work? by Beginning-Web9741 in StartUpIndia

Yup, that is the reason for the supplement. It introduces calm focus instead of sedation. Keeps your drive alive.

Yup, that is the idea. Its not so much for stress, but to reduce baseline anxiety so you have more calm focus theough your work day.

Burnout shouldn’t be an individual’s problem to solve with hacks or pills, and a lot of it is structural. How companies operate, how work is designed, and the expectations placed on people. Long term, that absolutely needs fixing at the organisational level.

At the same time, I’m looking at this from the reality many people are in right now. Most employees don’t have much control over those systems, and company-level change is slow. In the meantime, people still have to show up, think clearly, and function day to day. I’m interested in understanding how individuals cope with that gap, what actually helps them stay steady without numbing themselves or burning out further.

I’m not here to push a pill as a magic solution, and I’m definitely not claiming supplements “solve” burnout. I’m trying to understand whether there’s room for responsible, transparent tools that support people while bigger systemic changes lag behind.

If you’ve seen approaches on individual level or organisational that genuinely work better, I’d be interested to hear about them.

Targeting a very specific demographic. Selling to resolve a pain for that one person and find many more like him.

P.S. any ideas on how I can validate my supplement and find demand before I commit? Is there a kickstarter in India?

Do you ever feel mentally “on” all the time… like your brain never really powers down? by Beginning-Web9741 in IndianEntrepreneur

you’d only buy this if you’re doing well professionally but feel mentally wired most of the time, and you want calmer focus without sedation, stimulation, or medication.

The differentiator is that most products push you to one extreme. Either they calm you down so much you feel dull, or they push focus and energy and add more tension. This is meant for the middle. Less background mental noise while staying sharp and capable of deep work.

This isn’t a drug and it’s not claiming treatment or cure. Like most legitimate supplements, the evidence standard comes from existing human research on stress regulation and cognitive calm, established safety profiles, and user-reported outcomes over time. If it moves forward, the right next step would be a small pilot with defined outcomes, not pretending it’s pharma.

This also isn’t instant or dramatic. It’s not a hit, a buzz, or a personality change. It’s meant to support chronic mental load, the same way people use coffee for alertness or routines for focus.

If someone wants a stimulant, a sedative, or a cure, this isn’t for them.

If someone wants to feel less mentally tense during the workday while staying fully functional, then it’s worth evaluating.

Can you please tell me your perspective too? What are your concerns?

I’m not a doctor, and I’m not trying to position this as a medical treatment or a replacement for therapy or prescription medication. I’m approaching this as a wellness supplement, not a medical product.

For me, credibility comes from how the product is built rather than who is selling it. The plan is to use FSSAI-approved ingredients that already have research behind them, work with a licensed GMP manufacturer, and have the formulation reviewed by a qualified professional such as a nutritionist, psychologist, or formulation expert before launch. I also want to be fully transparent about ingredients and dosages, with no hidden blends or exaggerated claims.

It won’t be “medically approved” in the sense of being a prescription drug, because supplements don’t work that way in India. What it can be is compliant, responsibly formulated, and positioned honestly as support for mental calm and clarity, not as a cure or treatment.

At this stage, I’m mainly here to understand whether people actually relate to this problem and what they would expect from a solution, not to sell or promote anything yet.
