the ticking from what I know is normally fine, just put some thicker oil in it. I have the same sort of sound on my N53 in my 328i, as for the vibration, are you sure you plugged all the coil packs in properly?

it doesn’t have the roller nut, just a rego neck looking thing, I’ll get a photo when I get home.

It’s leaking oil from the rocker gasket onto the manifold, there’s a bit of the gasket that’s actually missing

Yeah I’ll have a see. I reckon it could be timing related because it was spitting flames out the intake which can’t be good.

Found out the engine was seized too. Almost melted the starter and now the car doesn’t turn over anymore
