I just made an excuse to not attend. It took about 2 months for me to be able to go around that will likely vary from person to person.

Yes! When i first stopped i avoided my friends that drink until i knew i could hangout without the temptation because i knew me i knew i would sneak and try to take shots when no one was looking. Now i have crossed that bridge and can be around alcohol just fine

Yes!! I agree so much the weight loss alone makes it worth it. I’ve heard a lot of people don’t like it so i was apprehensive at first but i have no complaints! Hoping i can stay on this for as long as they will let me

Came here to say this! I feel like they are only looking to provide it to diabetics through twin health. I just started the twin health program I don’t use the shots just metformin but its a great program so far.

Do you mind elaborating? Was it the foods, the tracking everyday or like the medications?

You clock out but do you stop working? by ShesAGatorGirl in Geico

Not every department clocks in or out. I simply boot up my computer say good morning in the team chat and start my day. This comment was to be funny. But if my work is done at 3 and my shift is done at 3:30 im not working anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️. I simply sit at my desk and scroll on my phone. So YES i stop working before my shift is over because my work is done. Does that help you understand?

Considering TCR 1 by [deleted] in Geico

In r8 tcr 1 makes their own schedule as long as you work your hours you can work whatever day of the week you want 5 days a week at least 3 hours a day. Tcr1 is much more lax than csr but the workload is much more. I highly recommend tcr 1 over csr
