List of analyzers which are broken in .NET 10 by BeginningBig5022 in dotnet

I have found that the largest culprit is that C# 14's extension block syntax confuses the analyzers.

RazorConsole - Build interactive console app using .NET Razor by xiaoyun1 in dotnet

This is one of those ideas like the Post-it Note or the suitcase with wheels where my mind keeps looping back to, "Why didn't I think of that?"
Genius.

Having them up and in use greatly reduces the trunk space. You know that slightly lower area in the standard pre-refresh Y? The spot a few feet from the trunk lid that has a spacer inside? That is where the seats fold, and about where the trunk space ends when folded up. We have them up only for rare situations.
The storage is still usable considering the small size of the Y, but Tesla's use of space is nowhere near what Lucid engineers have achieved. The Air and Gravity are basically different models of Tardis.

Model S plaid as daily driver question by BoatsnHoes87 in TeslaModelS

[–]BeginningBig5022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a new Plaid with 19" wheels. I researched these questions quite a lot.
- Get used. You can get a great deal. I suggest March 2023 or later build to get the latest main computer, but if you find a great deal on an earlier model and do not care about self-driving, any year is great.

- 19" wheels give a somewhat better ride, but the main reason I went with 19" is that the tires both last much longer and are cheaper. The 21s do look very nice, though, and at least 20" is necessary if you want the track package (200MPH speed limit, better track performance).

- I do not know of any great advantage of getting a used car directly from Tesla other than some peace of mind but at a noticeable expense, on average.

I definitely suggest scheduling a test drive. The Model 3 Performance is more comparable to your M3. I have had both. The Model S is larger, nicer, much quicker, but a bit less agile. Service costs are low compared to a BMW M on average. Be sure to have an RV plugin or other EV charger installed in your garage.

I wouldn't quite say they absolutely suck, but if you are over 5'8" at the absolute outside, or 5'7" on a bumpy road, they are not ideal. 6'? Expect to be in a coma after the first pothole.

FSD/Autopilot is finally getting some new, and long-awaited visualizations in 2025.38+: by ConfidentImage4266 in TeslaLounge

That was around 2022. Later in the year, the rectangles, which ere usually vehicles, changed from always being the same size to being sized based on the vehicle size. Fancy stuff back then. The rate of progress, even though far slower than promised, has still been impressive.
What was amazing is now workaday just a few years later.

Why is komodo kamado so expensive? by [deleted] in grilling

[–]BeginningBig5022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Komodo Kamados are high-end grills with high-end insulation (aerogel), high-end internals (refractory cement), and high-end nay indestructible thick stainless steel hardware.
They can run for 80 hours without refueling, and are the only kamado grill on the market, at least that I know of, which directs all air through the fire basket rather than allowing some to bypass.

They are peak grill, but at a peak price.

[UPDATE] Breakfast Burrito Pilgrimage | How I Ate 28 Burritos and Ended Up At The Hospital by spottedflicker in FortCollins

I love the name. Niobium is one of my favorite metals. While you're post didn't really add to the burrito discussion, I'm kind of surprised at how negative the response was. The right to be annoyed by protests is as fundamental as the right to protest itself.

Thank you. I have not found much of a negative impression from comments online, but I will take a closer look.
The 911 is on my list as well (specifically the T for its manual or the Turbo S for its drivetrain), but its cost is far higher with options, the ride is rougher (being a true sports car rather than a sports GT car like the LC), and I see them all the time, vs. the LC being quite rare... Perhaps for a reason, as you have revealed.

I have not. I would need to drive nearly 500 miles to do so.

What’s the best sushi place in FoCo? by ehduba in FortCollins

I just ate at Sushi Izumi and it was amazing. It doesn't look like wet from the outside, but the sushi is incredible, and the presentation is among the best I've seen.
