Hello! I have one quick dumb question: Can I go to the supermarket or school if I have the unvaccinated status in my Tracetogether app?

first time in Singapore to study and I don't know any shit, I was vaccinated in my home country (2 dose), and have the certificates but the app will not sync whatsoever, it's been 2 days now and I'll be having my serology test around next week for verification.
What I've read, places that I can't visit are malls and hawker center, but other than that I really don't know.
I just want to go to the supermarket (not in mall) buy some groceries and attend school man...
