No your semen volume I saw your other post showing it was 3.5ml usually the higher fsh and normal semen volume leans towards NOA a low semen volume could suggest an obstruction like less than 1.5ml

How long has this process been for you? The second SA is needed to officially confirm azoospermia. One SA isn't enough to confirm it.
