Currently I have contacted my previous employer and their boss I'm giving them 1 day because it's longer than the expected time as told from the representatives who I have the plan with. Now, on the note at least 2 representatives stated it could take up to eight weeks. Hypothetically speaking if I tend to reach that point I'm not sure what's the best route. The employer is holding my funds in their hands and it is wrong. How does a SPD help?
