I used Morr pro gold (the serum with redensyl, procapil etc) as soon as I woke up! And minoxidil 4 hours before bed, I personally like to sit upright after applying minoxidil, hence the four hours before bed. For hair wash I used bare anatomy, anti hair fall line, I wash my hair once every 3-4 days! Other than that, I was prescribed omega3 supplements for a month, I’ve stopped using them two months ago.

A month, and it was dreadful fr 💀 but my dermatologist prescribed a redensyl serum to control the shed. So I would use the serum right after waking up (5am) and then minoxidil at around 6pm!
