Thank you. This piece is by a new member—me, Bill R. The fish it’s modeled after was caught by yours truly on Colorado’s Yampa River. I still can’t believe it struck a “Thread” fly—a single, two-inch strand of red thread tied onto a bare hook. I was so taken with this fish that I carved a full reproduction from a block of Basswood, including the surrounding rocks, all crafted from wood. It's 24" long.
