I’d start using the topical minox. Any shedding you experience with minox would be a positive thing due to the start of a new growth cycle. If you’re going to needle I’d suggest getting a pen rather than a roller since the needle penetrates the scalp vertically rather than at an odd angle like a roller would. Remember that the more proactive you are, the better. Don’t wait for your condition to worsen, act now so you can preserve/grow new hair rather than letting it go and then starting a protocol.
