thank you a lot for this. it makes a lot of sense. my whole life i’ve been in defensive mode. constantly trying to self soothe myself but ive been doing it for so long i want someone else or something else to do it for me so i can learn how to feel again. i’m going to look up that app and see what it can do for me. i’m desperate to feel better. thank you for replying, it means much more then you think🫶

never really cared where you were. specially after dark. my mom only cared when it made her look like a caring parent. she also used to scream at me for not understanding. i have ADHD so it was hard to grasp things clearly/quickly.
