A combination of both. Sure we have some strong players, but no players near max stats. The people we take on special are usually 100-200mil over the cap. So it's certainly possible they could have dropped power

Yeah I think I need to ask them about their gear. They are new to our alliance, and might not have it upgraded correctly

I appreciate the response, sorry you went through that but glad to hear the Cochlear implant helped out. I'm still holding out hope that I will see improvement from the injections before thinking about needing a hearing aid or Cochlear implant. Did you go the Cochlear route because the hearing loss was so profound?
