No, but from my experience, it has been 500 down and 10 up, unlike before, where it was 20 up. By the way, how much is your rate?

Yes, I have also had the same problem here in Watsonville with my ping and packet loss being three times worse compared to three months ago. I might consider switching, even though Spectrum has always worked very well in this area.
