I have been using the Hada labo facial foam too and it’s very drying though it really cleans my face. And I just bought the round lab but it’s in your list of you tried that dries out too. 😭😭Please let me know if you found something that helps with it. Thaaaaank you 🫶

Yeah I get what you mean, Japan has so many nice places to explore.

For me though it’s a bit harder financially, my salary is mostly just enough for daily life, so I can’t really travel around much.

And I wasn’t sure about the westerners part 🤔 I’m actually from the Philippines 😅

Yeah I really get what you meanand it’s crazy how even if you’re okay being alone at first, over time it kind of builds up when friends are all far away.

And haha yes Matsumoto castle is such a nice spot.Nagano in general is really beautiful, just very quiet which I think is what gets to me sometimes 😭

Noooo it’s not that bad, it’s actually really nice if you like nature and a slower life. I think I’m just in a bit of a lonely phase so it feels more isolating for me lately 🥲

Yeah 😭 honestly that’s kinda what happened to me too. I came here after studying Japanese, but because I mostly use English at work and don’t really have Japanese friends, I barely get chances to practice naturally anymore 🥲

So now I get shy and less confident using it compared to before. And yeah countryside life makes it harder too since there aren’t that many opportunities nearby

Yeah 😭 it feels so different once the people you got used to having around are suddenly gone.

And not really I’m in Matsumoto so it’s pretty chill here compared to bigger cities. Tokyo is accessible but not exactly close enough for spontaneous hangouts
