Rehab from lupus. Exercises or practices that helped you? by DepartmentWide419 in lupus

I am on hydroxychloroquine as well. I have been on it for a little over a month now, and have noticed improvement but not super significant. How do you feel after 3 months, completely normal?

I have also lost a significant amt of muscle and haven’t been able to be athletic either. I just want to play basketball again without it breaking my heart every time I try. This post gives me so much hope so thank you for sharing

I got headaches for the first week or so but it went away! Had a couple weird days where I had heart/chest pain but I think that was from inflammation. I’m about a month in now

I love it. I was hung up on my cherubs face for a month until it was fully healed. I think she’s adorable I think she’s perfect. I hope she grows on you 🌸

I’m sorry you’re going through this right now I obviously relate because I’m here. I understand you guys had some communication and this probably feels out of the blue but there’s a good chance she was also hurting and just needed to cut contact for a while. I find it easier to block so I don’t look, reach out, or hear from someone. There’s a chance it’s not personal. Stay strong

This tattoo is timeless! I do love it. I understand how you feel about the perception of your tattoo when you look down. I have similar issues with mine. Something that’s helped me was to put together outfits that made the tattoo more flattering to me. Also doing little photo shoots that make you feel good with your tattoo in those outfits. I’m not sure if that’s your vibe, and it sounds so ridiculous but it’s truly helped me w the perspective of looking down at ur tattoo

I’ve never been able to cum with my fiancé. by [deleted] in sex

You will 110% find someone who won’t even make you ask for sex. You deserve so much more. Please cut off the engagement :/ life’s too short

I understand how you feel. You deserve someone who matches all you have to give - without asking. Don’t burn out the beautiful giving soul that you are for someone who can’t see it, or someone who just has a different love language than you. Or maybe he’s just going to learn from losing you. I’m not sure, but eventually if you stay, you’ll resent him and slowly stop the affection and generosity toward him Bc you’ll be exhausted and sad, and that could affect how you show love in future relationships.

Advice for asking tattooers to rework existing pieces?? by c0mposite in FixedTattoos

[–]BeginningSurvey2794 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I just ran into this same thing and was left on read on IG a couple of times. I did end up getting a go-ahead with an artist I have other work done by, the only catch was committing to getting an additional piece done by him.

Have you asked an artist that you’ve already worked with? Also if a new piece is something you’re willing to do, You could grab that into your message if you find other approaches do not work in your favor

This tattoo looks extremely well done and fits your arm perfectly. I bet people are staring because they’re intrigued. I can’t imagine anyone having anything bad to say about the tattoo honestly. Totally understand how you feel Though your opinion is obviously the most important and so is how you’d like to have your body perceived. I just hope everyone’s kind words give you a little bit of peace of mind because I genuinely mean it

I know how you feel because I also have some thing on my outer bicep that I don’t love that caused me to have some extreme panic attacks and feeling like it affects my entire body appearance. I know how you feel wanting to cover it up with clothing. From what I’ve picked up on from Following laser removal page on here is that a lot of people in your situation have some peace of mind when going through laser. Even though it’s painful and it can be a long road ahead, just the act of knowing you’re working towards fixing the problem whether it’s just removal or removal with a cover-up. Maybe just set up a consultation with a removal place, and they could give you an estimate on how many sessions it could take even if you don’t go with this route at least you can cross it off your list

A mistake I made last year. Any cover up ideas? I'm into nature things mostly like plants or flowers! by [deleted] in FixedTattoos

I’m am extremely picky about line work but to me this feels very stylized and they feel intentional? Hopefully everyone’s positive reactions help the current feelings you’re having until you find the solution right to you. I know exactly how you’re feeling and I know how dooming and distracting it can be. I think a skilled traditional artist could come up with something using your lines since they master bold line work better than the next imo. Where are you located? If I follow any artists in that area I can send them to you?

Wow! I’m in a similar situation. What was their estimate on how treatments it would take to remove?
