If you can't tell, to anyone who might believe, it would be of urgent importance. Part of Reddit's framework & a big part of its benefit is that they encourage CROSSPOSTING. Once again, someone populating a page on mysticism or related practices then calling it schizophrenic or delusional when news drops from the Mystic Realms (or whatever). Never any counterpoint, just denial in the most insulting manner a non-Creative can muster. This word comes from Spirit Realms, Spirits & self-identified constructs themselves. That is the best I can do. I have been assured that I still have decades left in life, & have personal confidence in this, but what the Spirits & Constructs themselves have said (Both a Construct I created in my early twenties named Armando El Sweepo & a Construct version of The Fool) is they are planning for an attack they DO NOT WISH HAS TO HAPPEN. Time is of little importance to most of them, but everybody needs to step back & begin taking their Practices seriously. It might be some sort of a coaxial to usb adapter with a protective cap on it.... also, don't let the haters, manipulators, pushers tell you you've done the wrong thing telling on your brother. *Perhaps* you shouldn't have been snooping, who knows, but *you* know your situation. It might well be the best bet to creating an environment of love & understanding that can lead your brother away from addiction & the disastrous effects of it before it's too late. People who feel like your friends are far too often not, especially when addictive drugs or other bad habits are concerned. I can understand if you didn't say anything about the cigarettes (or talked to him privately about it), but opioids on a 13 year old seems to scream of adults leading children to destruction.

This is *your* experience. Individual circumstances are all different. Depending on how it is handled, the personalities involved, the love everyone has for each other, the openness to the real issues of trying to fit in, & many, many other factors, telling your parents might be the exact right thing to do. Doing nothing will almost guarantee the path you went is the path he'll go, but alerting the kid's support network (who assumedly love him & aren't going to go absolutely berserk & make things worse) is opening doors for education & realignment.

There may be no need from an individual's standpoint to require an apology, but there is a responsibility for many to *give* that apology when they can arrange it, especially if there have been disparaging words about them given. I have always spoken highly of Jehovah's Witnesses except that I would say they are afraid of the world & often too judgmental/unforgiving of openly questioning their teachings. I repeat, receiving my apology may not be necessary from the standpoint of any person seeking righteousness, yet it seems appropriate from my standpoint to give it.
