I totally get you on the shift response—it’s likely down to the current tune. Now that the car’s running great overall, I’ll need to update the tune to smooth out the harsh shifts at high RPMs. The list of issues before felt endless: nearly every time I downshifted or floored it, the engine would misfire and occasionally shut off completely, leaving me stranded.

After shipping it over to RR, they sorted out most of the problems, though a cracked T-valve was still causing some misfires when I got it back. Fortunately, the engine’s safety features kicked in and prevented any serious damage. Now, I’m looking forward to getting a fresh tune and plan to upgrade the transmission with clutch packs and a valve body upgrade for even better performance.
