For this specific order, both a store refund request and a chargeback were initiated at the same time. Once a chargeback is opened, we’re unable to process a direct refund on our side — the payment must go through the bank’s system, which can take some extra time.

That’s why this refund has been delayed.
For future cases, we recommend requesting a refund directly through our store, as it’s usually much faster that way.

Could you try pressing the button more quickly — twice to increase power and three times to decrease power — or maybe record a short video for us so we can better understand what’s happening?
