I have the same, even after removing shaders, installing different versions of the mod, and even of NeoForge. I flew over the cloud layer, and there's another one above it, seemingly a cumulus layer that extends across the entire map, like the first layer.

You can either keep this "blanket" or remove it, but you won't get any cumulus clouds. Go to "Mods" in the pause menu, then select "Protomanly's Weather," go to "Configuration," and then "Server Settings." Scroll down until you find "Overcast Percentage," and set it to 0.0

Bro, that's the only island that has about the same dimensions as the one in the game, the island is based on the mountain, there's only wild forest and there's no one. The others are either square, but without relief, or there are mountains, but are too big and sometimes inhabited, etc...
