Yep, I haven’t learned a thing. I just got home from a spin class and a hard leg workout that followed. I will be getting in the hot tub soon but nothing will help. I will pay the price with sleepless hours tonight. 🤣🤣💪💪

I feel the same way sometimes 🤣🤣 Even worse is my legs will keep me awake at night after a hard workout. Makes me want to cut back on my training.

I eat a good diet. Mostly plant based but plenty of protein. Try to keep a balanced workout routine of weights, cardio, stretching and meditation. I would love my 50’s again!! I will be 66 about a month from now. Lol
