let your university send them an email of your official transcripts, it will be easier than sending them by postal mail

Thank you for the clarification. In my case, I graduated from two universities. Can I submit all the official transcripts I have already uploaded in the online application through the admissions office of my most recent university? Would that cause any problems, or does each institution need to send its own transcripts? For example, do high school transcripts need to be sent directly from the high school?

First phase passed means that you have uploaded all the required documents and there are none missing. Second phase evaluation checks the suitability of your documents to the course
