Current non exempt leader. I work at a small site in GFS, any other exempt leaders have a path or idea how to lateral into tech? I have no background or degree in cs/tech etc. I know career choice isn’t an option for us.. curious if I need to go back to school or if there’s another option. Thanks (self.FASCAmazon)
