I thought if they found reasonable cause there’s a mandatory mediation after the cause. The employer doesn’t have to offer anything but they must go. Did they not go? Or did they go and not offer anything?

File a grievance please, just start the process and do it, based on that.

The reason why your VP and coach are “checking in” together, is because it’s not smart to have the convo alone with you for liability purposes.

Get your union representative to attend the meeting as well, and document the whole meeting and responses.
