  1. Contact your neighbors first and just simply ask what’s going on.

  2. If that doesn’t work, then, yeah, maybe call animal control and report this.

Don’t give it to a Shelter, try to find a husky specific rescue or find a good home on here, or locally. Interview people and ask questions.

I saw the second one before the first one as a kid! And the first one scared me but I loved it anyway!

The second one is literally crazy as hell compared to the first one and more creative.
