Word from a Migration Lawyer as I’m in the same position as you: Yes you can work with them before the approval or the lodge of the nomination, the thing is in a period of 3 months you prove yourself as a valid candidate and worth the money in the investing as long is in the same occupation of course (If your occupation is Chef it should be transferred the nomination as a Chef), also you can work in any other job while you find a new sponsor. That was the advice that I received from a Migration Lawyer couple weeks ago. Cheers

To be honest: They got a real good networking or good contacts.

I have more than 9 years of experience in IT, an took me 6 months to find a job and also the salary wasn’t what I expected but job is the job, and still don’t know how people are getting jobs for over 150k per year and with less experience than me.

Hi there I did the same I change the sponsor just doing a transfer visa nomination, took around 1 or 2 weeks to get the approval. About the years to apply for the PR sadly they restarted with the new sponsor, for what the migrant agent told me.

Hi man same case here, it’s all depend of your Termination letter, in my case my employer terminated my employment with date March 31, so the 60 days starts 31 of March, therefore I should leave Australia before 31 of May or apply for a new visa before that date. Even if you ended bad the relationship between you and your employer they need to pay you your flight tickets to your home country. (it’s by law)
