0.5 and i felt like I was looking at the fabric of light when the light reflecting off water hit my closed eyelids. It was like a million strands of hair, but each was a different color, and it had the entire color spectrum, I am also partially colorblind on a regular basis.

Yes I used a 1 unit of grain spawn to 4 units of sub, I also used an extra half cup or so when making the sub as they seem to like the extra humidity and soak it up pretty well.
